The formula is simple. Weight x Distance. I.E. 50 lbs x 2 miles = 100.
What is Ruck Power?
Ruck Power is a rucking metric that helps compare rucks of different weights and distances.
It measures the combination of strength, endurance, and technique required to move loads efficiently over time.
The formula is ruck work / time or weight x distance / time. I.E. 50lb x 2 miles / 60 minutes = 1.67
Ruck Weight vs Coupon Weight
Within the workout configuration you can edit Ruck Weight and Coupon Weight.
Ruck Weight is the amount of weight carried in your ruck or vest.
Coupon / Additional Weight is any additional weight carried outside of your ruck. I.E. a sandbag, jerry can, kettlebell, etc.
